Refund policy
We'd be so happy that you love your nordicsight product! However if you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the following terms.
Eligibility for Returns:
- 30-day window: request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Condition: item must be unused, damage-free, in original packaging, with original accessories, manual and proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at return@nordicsight.dk with subjuct line "Return", and tell us your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization, instructions and return address.
- Do not ship returns without approval - unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Shipping & Costs
- Customer responsibility: you will cover return shipping unless the item is faulty/wrong.
- Recommendation: use the original packaging and a tracked service (we’re not liable for lost/damaged returns).
Refunds
- Timing: refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Method: refunded via your original payment method.
- Non-refundable: shipping costs (unless due to our error).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us immediately at return@nordicsight.dk with photos/details. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.
